Delighted to be back by popular demand with my good friend Tim Gluckmanleading the Radicle History walk and tour which starts 3.15 pm until 4,45pm on Saturday 24 June meeting at the Entrance area for the Radicle book fair Goldsmiths New Cross SE14.
Tim leads first section and will have a board saying WALK.
I lead the second half at 4pm outside the entrance to the Zion Chapel on New Cross road by Deptford High Street end talking about the civil rights history in the area, Kath Duncan .Communist party. The Spanish civil war. Russia and community activism and more.
The walk is free and you can buy my books Food Bank Britain or DEPTFORD from me or Tim on the day at £10 a copy .
